I’m a Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and functional nutrition practitioner who has spent 16 years helping people feel stronger, healthier, and genuinely at home in their bodies. I believe that the right guidance — given with patience, expertise, and real care — can change the way you move and the way you feel about yourself.
With certifications in STOTT PILATES®, strength training (NSCA), and functional nutrition (IFNCP), I take a full-picture approach to health. My goal is to help you build habits that stick – with workouts, food, and support that actually work for your life.
